We live in a culture that's obsessed with counting calories and measuring waistlines.


So it's not your fault if you've spent your mornings weighing in, your days dieting and your nights bingeing on anything within reach.


But now that you're here, you can learn how to create an amazing relationship with food!

Five things you should know about me

1. I will always believe in you.

Now, when I say always, I mean it.


It doesn't matter how long you've been struggling, how many diets you've tried, how much doubt or overwhelm you feel, or even if you've thought "maybe there's something wrong with me..." 


I promise, there's nothing wrong with you.


Everyone can have a great relationship with food, and I'll never stop holding that belief for you... Ever.

2. I love kitchen dance parties.

Music fuels me in the same way delicious food does. 


So turning on some music while I cook dinner brings me to my happy place.


Just ask my kids... They make the best dance partners!

3. I love doing this work.

There's nothing more rewarding than witnessing someone's growth and seeing the impact they create in their lives.


It lights me up and fills me with an incredible drive to continue growing this community and creating a ripple effect in our world.

4. I know what it's like to think your body isn't good enough.

Ever since I was in my teens, I worried about the weight, shape and size of my body. 


And for a very long time, I thought the solution was to shrink my body. 


(Which led to a lot of worrying about what and how much I was eating, and regularly weighing myself).  


But I was wrong... Changing your body doesn't change how you see yourself, at least not in the long run.


The only way to do that is to grow your self-concept, rewrite your story with food and your body, develop a deep connection to your body from the inside out, and build a kinder relationship with yourself. 


It's what I teach you using a variety of coaching tools and ten years of experience as a Dietitian.

5. If I'm not coaching, then I'm probably singing.

It's one of my greatest passions. Whether it's in my car, at my piano, in the kitchen, in concert or on stage, I love it all.


Fun fact: I trained as a classical soprano in my free time, and I've had so much fun performing at countless events in my community.

When you're 90, you won't look back at your life and be so glad you cut out carbs. You'll just wish you could've enjoyed every moment with your loved ones and noticed how strong and beautiful your body already was. Life's too short to spend it on an endless fight with food and yourself.
